PRINCE MICHEL’S SALAD AND WINE PAIRING Saturday, March 27; 2-5pm at Prince Michel Vineyard and Winery Some wine “experts” claim that one of the most difficult pairing of food and wine is a salad. For all of us who love our wine AND veggies, an afternoon with Events Director Brad Nicholson is sure to crisp your croutons! Brad prepares delectable salad creations while discussing the particulars of pairing them with wine. Guests are free to sample the salads and voice their own opinions! This event is free and open to the public.
